Install application cheese in ubuntu

Previous what's Cheese, cheese is one of the webcam application for Linux operating system, cheese is the default program in openSUSE.

This application is unique, this application provides some unique effects such as mauve, Noir / Blanc, Saturation, Hulk, Vertical Flip, Horizontal Flip, Vertigo, Edge, etc.. There was also a countdown facility, continue to Multiple Photos, until the recording!
